Moore Army Reforms Script

I'm playing as the Brits with the latest beta patch and I appear to have met all the conditions of the Moore Army Reforms but it is still locked. is there something I can check to see if this is working properly???

Secondly, if I select the Build Torres Vedras Lines Reform ... all the British troops disappear. I'm pretty sure that is not is intended.

Found out why ... the Reform states the year needs to be 1808 ... but the script states 1810. So what is the date suppose to be????

The correct date is 1808, there is a glitch in the script. Fixed for next patch
