Is there an in game button to access the game manual?

No, you'll have to open it outside the game, but that should be no issue.

The Windows key will not work if you have no other window open while the game is running. In this case press <Ctrl><Alt><Del> and open the Task Manager. Now you can use the Windows key and switch between apps.

are you sure [Windows button]-D will not work to minimize the app?

*eek* I never do that. Too many bad experiences with DirectX crashing.

I set the always using the CPU option and just switch to other windows I need.
