Graphis issue, dark blue letters on black background

When I mouse over a French tab, such as a corp or army, or a French province, much of the lettering is in a dark blue color which I have real trouble reading on the black background of the tooltip.

This is the only color combination I have an issue with.

Is it just me, or is anyone else having a problem with this?

Certainly not a game breaker, but ma be a brighter blue color, such as is used in the darkvision version of this forum, could be substituted?
