Dear EAW developers,
I noticed a strange bug. When I base my fleets into a harbour and set them on the green/green stance it seems the bigger ships will become static after 1 or 2 turns. They cannot be used at all after this...are you aware of this?

If you put a naval unit into passive posture it then can receive new elements. This is probably what has happened, the unit has got a new element and it is now fixed until that element has finished building. If you put your mouse over the unit at in the panel at the bottom of the screen it will tell you how many days until it is ready.
