Wrong Amount Of Breaches

Which breaches number is now the right one?
I remember I found the same bug in España 1936.

Number of breaches can exceed what a structure can bear, this is on purpose so that even with emergency repairs, the defenders are still defending something which is basically a pile of rubbles.

The 3 seems to be a display limit (even though the structure has more breaches, only 3 are displayed).
Remember - The beatings will continue until morale improves.
