City Units Won't Show Up

Normally you click on a city and the units inside the city will show up.

1. Not so in Banja Luka. (Also with the City Pecs. You have to klick the leftmost edge of the City).

2. The reserve unit in Bana Luka is written on the stack panel tab 'Banja[color="#FF0000"]_[/color]Luka'.
