Tunis to Italy Event-French Fleet

Hi this event just fired off. I had the French fleet there, and they relocated to Algiers which is fine. However there was a substantial portion of the fleet that was currently having elements built and they were locked. Can't find them anywhere now.

Did I just lose a third of the French fleet, or will they show up somewhere later. Let me know thanks.

Forget it it looks like they are still locked in Tunisia though the Italians control it. Hopefully I get them back when they are done building.
