Question on loosing generals.

Hey Guys just wondering if someone knows what why Ive been loosing generals as of late at an alarming pace. Lost two Korp commanders on the eastern front along with potinerk, Hozendorff and von Kluck, while not actually loosing battles in most cases. Are they dead/eliminated or just out of action?

Dumb luck. And they could simply be wounded. Check the towns/cities in the surrounding area. I've lost five in four successive battles once, and many games I lose none. It's a roll of the dice, a literal figure in this case.

It is a function of total losses. Was the stack with that general hurt particularly bad while other stacks were unscathed?

Also, check the general's stats. Brave and hothead individuals are more vulnerable.

If it is due to wounding, it needs to be better documented because I lost Pershing at one point, and I could not find him. I'm still not sure what happened to him. It was after a small battle.
