Riverboat Blues

I have the Donau Div. fleet of River Monitors (strength 180) active on the Mid-Sava and failing spectacularly to prevent a Serbian army crossing from Loznica into Vukovar. That same fleet informs me that its guns have insufficient range to undertake a bombardment mission. To quote Basil Fawlty, "I mean, what's the point of you?!"

Yeah, they're pretty pointless. About the only thing I can think they might be useful for is to intercept Serbian riverboats... But I'm doubtful Serbia can even build those.
