Unit pictures and counters not updating

Hi !

If you research a new infantry level, the not all exiting units show the updated pictures (especially those inside the corps) and the on map counters also not update.
I use the newest version available on Steam.

IIRC, this was a change in the engine logic either during beta testing or after release. I never was able to find a perfect solution to it, but will look into it for next patch. It is just a cosmetic thing though.
