Command Point penalty

Hi,

Playing the historical campaign as the EE and have noticed that both 1st and 2nd Russian armies (Rennenkamf and Samsonov) are suffering a Command Point penalty even though other Russian armies that are further away from the GHQ are not. Is there a reason for this ?

They are not attached to your GHQ nor they can be in the first months of the war

Thanks. I'm now in Jan 1915 and still can't seem to attach them. I'll give it a bit longer.

Got it, I have to be in command range of the GHQ before I can attach the army to the GHQ and get the benefits.
