Models database 1.04 has a "

I just downloaded the DB files for 1.04 and am going through the changelogs in the databases that I've modded in the past. I noticed that all quotation makes ->"<- have been removed from model and unit names. One fell through the cracks, it is for USA flatboats, UID 220 (note, other boats with the same name pool do not have this issue). Also, a number of generals nicknames have uneven apostrophes ->'<-, for instance Earl van Dorn's nicknames is written ->Buck'<-. I haven't played a game yet, so I'm not sure if these issues are in the game as well.
