Small Map Inaccuracies

A couple minor things I've noticed. Most aren't worth fixing, but for whatever it's worth:

Fort Clark's harbor exit is Pamlico Sound, which too shallow for ocean-going vessels, which means you can't bombard it with anything but shallow-draft vessels such as brigs. Ft Clark was located at the now disappeared Hatteras Inlet, and was bombarded effectively from the ocean side in August 1861. Also, Pamlico Bay is misspelled Pamlicoe on the map artwork.

Martha's Vineyard is correctly identified as Dukes, but incorrectly included as part of Rhode Island and not Massachusetts.
