Hello,
Im playing a big campaign playing Union side, patch 1.02 applied. It is late december 62 and this battle took place in Winchester.

The question is that no battle planner poped when the turn was resolved. So i was wondeing if the 4?, 5? strategic value needed to pop the battle planner is counted after or before the army leader bonus gives to their corps commanders. Cause you can see Erasmus D. Keyes 5-4-3 leading the battle ( there were another 2 corps in that place, but both leaded by 2 corps leaders 5-4-3, Grant is in command of that army... you know...), and no battle planner poped. The battle results poped straight instead. That would be the only reason i can think to not have had the battle planner, that Keyes is a merely strategic value of 3 before the bonus Grant gives him...
Any clue?

Melvi
PD: Well it could be that you need a strategic value of 6 in your comanding general to pop the battle planner, but i thought i was just enought 4 or 5?
