Dallas TX Resources confusion

Ctrl-click on the city shows Texas Rancheros giving a supply of 75.

However, hovering the mouse over the ranch icon show a supply of 10/turn.

Which is it? :bonk:

The city ressource info (75) is correct, in fact the tooltip on the Ranch icon is misleading, it only gives the "region" supply value, not the structure's...
