Paducah: Completely razed city WAD?

The only thing left in MCCracken, KY is the anchorage symbol.
Don't ask me how this could happen.

It was wad in 1.01 for small cities. Small cities could be destroyed in combat. Seemed a bit too harsh, there were no completely razed cities in historical CW, so it will be changed back in 1.02.
