Extra option to always allow foreign intervention

For the sake of replay, it would be nice if there was an option the player could set to always trigger foreign intervention.
It would add a great deal of replayability vs athena.
Maybe even a slider to adjust for early or later intervention.

the options of you talk Pocus only add more easy chance for foreign intervention, no ?

But you can't active a option for 100% chance to have foreign intervention, event with date...

I'd like to see it too for replay button. A simple button you can click in the almanac to trigger it when you want it to occur. Would add to replay value a lot. As the Union you could trigger it by attacking Canada I suppose.

Yes, you can make the intervention easier, but not certain. A simple event can trigger intervention though.
