... field planner about sea batlle ?

In the following sea battle the AI let me choice a batlle field planner ...



Solutions:

to create planner for sea battle

or

to block choice of planner in sea batlle.

The code must have a bug because normally there is no battle planner for sea battles. Will check that, thanks.
