10lb NC Artillery

I'm just posting this from another thread. In the Models DB, 10lb NC artillery are in the $famLightArty|1 but should be in $famMedArty|1 if it is to match other 10lbers.

For units/models, it seems like FamilyType might make sure names don't overlap between similar but different units, so this bug might make some NC artillery names weird.
