Drawing a plan on the game map?

Hi,
this is a feature that I find very useful specially when you want to compare historical plans with yours or just to have a reminder of what your were planning the last time you played: the possibility to draw and save battle plans, where we can draw future, or past, armies movements across the map, put some arrows, some 'text notes', something like a layer or a custom made map mode that we can hide/load/show.
A feature like the 'Operational Orders Map' in the last Heart of Iron 3 DLC for example.

Very useful yes. But practical for the engine? I don't know. Maybe Pocus can answer that.
