Leader promotion needs improving..

This part of the game really needs clarifying and improving! It is VERY difficult to understand or to implement with the current game mechanics. There should be a leadership/ command organisation screen (in the ledger) where you can sort generals by rank/ seniority/ ability and promote/ dismiss from there.
