Crash Report

I have had some re-occurring crashes as the AI attempts to process its moves and the main files reload.

I am running a Toshiba lab-top 4GB Ram, Windows 7, intel i3 m350 @ 2.27 GH

the campaign is April 1861, the logs, scripts, and save game is attached.

With current code (upcoming 1.03), I did not get a crash, in the current turn and then the next (for good measure, I wanted to check if it happened one turn further). So here is the processed turn:
