1. I captured Fort Fisher - and the fort icon disappeared.

2. Fort Garrison guns can move and be moved out of their region despite having a small white tag stating otherwise. While playing MT my Philadelphia garrison guns were displaced out of the region, and I am pretty certain that MT is able to drag captured garrison guns around....

Forts can sometimes be destroyed during battle

2. Yes, they can after they had battle, also wad. Their movement is slow, but if on a rail line they can move quite fast using rail.
