Crash several errors

I installed the new patch 1.01 and civil war II crashed and I can´t resume the game. I got an error message "several Errors occcured". When do you publish the next patch or do you have another solution?

Can you go back to the previous turn and load the game? Usually when you can’t resume a game you can go back one turn and pick it up from there.


Can you start another game? If not it may require a reinstall.
