All icons have same strength indicated, even though they are not

Title says it all, I attached a pic. They all have 1158 in alexandria.

I had a problem with the corps not being available after April 1862, so uninstalled, did a clean install followed by a 1.03 patch update. havent played long enough to see if the corp problem was solved, but this is happening now.

That is working as designed ctwino, all map counters in a region will have the sum of all combat power in the region on them. You can find it in the patch 1.03 notes under the interface section
