WSU Tool Tip Error with 1.03

Just started full 2-theater campaign in April '61 with new patch. At the start of the 2nd turn, the WSU tool tip that shows the calculations which account for the per turn changes in WSU incorrectly shows the calculations for Conscript Companies instead; however, the total WSU seems correct.

Indeed, this has only been spotted after the 1.03 patch was under preparation. For 1.04...
