can't load game

Having played CW2 since it has come out I have encountered my first technical fault.
When I load my opponents turn I get a critical error message.
He has re- saved and re-sent but no difference.
Save files and log attached (hopefully!).

Looks like we have solved the problem - I was unaware that my opponent has upgraded to the new patch which is not save compatible.

Ah yes, the new patch as an header about that, it is not save compatible because of extensive database changes.
