Mobility icon goes missing

Small graphics bug- The target icon that normally appears beneath the entrenchment icon at the lower right of the unit detail display disappears whenever a map region turns red to show difficult to enter. Oddly, if the black area is mouse'd over, the appropriate message still appears.
