I just downloaded from the link and installed the mod on a clean install, so I know it works.
Check your installation. Unzip the file to your desktop and then go through each folder and compare to the files in your game installation. The file posted at the link has everything you need.
fred zeppelin wrote:Maybe a game cache issue. Try advancing a turn and see what happens. I saw a post somewhere from someone saying they had to advance a turn before some of the new screens loaded.

Does this also change the background of the General/Unit Stat window?
I'd prefer to see all the bright shiny silver panes replaced, but I'll take what I can get.![]()

Hi folks,
I have been using fred zepplin's great work for a while now. I have expanded on his clean UI version to include other areas of the game. It includes the main message box, events, and the unit detail panels plus a few others.
Unzip the following file into your base Civil War II folder. Don't forget to backup your files and all that jazz first.
