You're not making sense, irabowman. First off, an element is a sub-unit. If you select a unit in the stack panel the elements (sub-units) appear in the unit detail window at the bottom right. You may see the NATO symbols of 2 or 3 infantry, maybe a cavalry, and maybe an artillery element, which make-up the unit.
A division is a special unit, a so-called combi-unit, because it can be made up of up to 14 units with a total of 17 elements plus the division commander for a total of 18 elements. Try to pack as many units into your divisions as possible, because regardless of the number of elements in the division, it still requires 4 Command Points (CP's) for it to be fully commanded.
It sounds like you created 6 divisions, each with only a few elements, which is not good, when you might need only 1 or 2 divisions to contain the elements. Are all of your divisions in Bank's stack? If you select Bank's stack do you see all of the divisions in the stack panel? Are you sure you've actually created divisions?
To create a division you select a leader and click the Create Division Command SO (Special Orders) button, and then select that leader and 1 or more units to add to the division and click the Combine Units SO button--or press <Ctrl><c>. You can add further units to a division by selecting the division and the unit(s) and combining them into the division, as long as the sum-total is 18 elements or less.
You can break a division down by selecting it and then clicking the Split Unit SO button--or pressing <Ctrl><d>. This allows you to reorganize the units in a division by removing some and adding others. As long as at the end of your turn plotting the division commander has at least 1 unit in his division, the division will remain a division. If however you fail to do this, during turn execution the division will cease to exist and the division commander will revert to simply a leader, and all the units will be independent units. If you wish to give that leader a division command again, you will have to start the entire procedure over again.
BTW you need to have at least 10 posts under your belt before you can post files to the forum. However if you use a picture hoster like PhotoBucket, you can do that immediately, because then you are only adding a link to your post.
PS Please no full screen pictures unless the entire screen is necessary to illustrate what you are explaining. Either using the Snipping-Tool or some other screen-shot app like Greenshot to select only that portion of the screen you want to show, or us a graphics editor to crop your screen shots down to what is necessary.
