Union Generals

Hi, new to this forum, ACW 2 is excellent! I had forgotten most of all I can remember playing ACW 1, so thanks to all the knowledge here. So thanks to all. My question is .. where can I find a list of Union Generals, showing seniority and dates they are active.

Unfortunately, the list of generals in CWII does not show their seniority or active dates. Press F1 to view a list of forces then click the appropriate icon on the top row to hide stacks without leaders (refer to the icon tooltips to see which one you need to click). You will have filtered the list to show only stacks commanded by a leader. This is a quick way to see all your generals. Now hover your cursor over the rank symbol to see their name(s) and ratings.

To view a general's seniority, hover your cursor over his counter on the map or his icon in the stack panel.

FWIW the first version of this game saw someone put together an awesome and comprehensive list of generals and
when they start, along with their attributes. I'm pretty sure most of those remain the same in the current game, but
I wouldn't count on it. Here they are:
