Can't seem to rename forces

Whenever I do it's as if the cursor is stuck in front of the text instead of behind it so trying to press the delete key only causes the text to move to the left, and for some reason I can't type any new letters.

Is this something that I can easily correct or is it a bug?

I wasn't sure if I should post this in the technical section or not.

It's a bug introduced in the 1.04 Patch. Pocus said in another thread it will be fixed with a 1.05 Patch shortly after the TEAW patch comes out.
