Brigade (flavor) Commanders

In AACW iirc you could see the names of the commanders of brigades (it was a bit of flavor, and didn't really matter). This information is still in the code, but I don't think you can see them any more. Just asking, is it possible to see who is commanding a brigade in ACW2? Not a division, but a brigade. For example Phifer's Brigade recruited in Texas (it is the name given to the first infantry brigade you recruit in TX) is commanded by Charles W. Phifer. I can guess this by the name, and I can see it in the code/files, but can I see this in game somehow?
