The HQ unit

I don't know if this is posted elsewhere, but when you build the HQ unit, if you place it in a big stack, then it will still train those elements while it is forming up. It trains other elements while they are forming too. I make Richmond my main training camp and get a force with lots of one star experienced elements during 1861.
