Replay feature in PBEM

Mon Feb 17, 2014 9:42 am

Just a quick question which I hope someone can provide an answer for. I am hosting in PBEM. I have the replay feature activated. Once the turn is processed three files are produced. The host file and two replay files one for the USA and one for the CSA. Now my question is do I send both replay files to my opponent or just the one applicable to the side they are playing? :)

I think you can send him only USA file if you are talking about your game with Banks. He can tell you afterwards if he sees everything as he should, yours and his movements under his FOW view.

Thankee most kindly Ace and Pocus for the prompt response. I thought it was so but discretion being the better part and all that decided to seek guidance first.

Just seeing this post and I want to try the replay option.

So - just to clarify, the answer to the original question of "Now my question is do I send both replay files to my opponent or just the one applicable to the side they are playing?"
is only send the replay file of the side of your opponent (non hosting player)?

For instance if I'm Union (host) I would only send the Confederate replay file to my opponent?

To be perfectly clear, you send the replay file to the 'owning' player, CSA to the Confederate, USA to the Union.

Okay, boss, you've been working too much overtime again. Relax a bit... Image
