Interesting catch. I am sure you know why this happened. I wonder how complex to fix?

It's not technically difficult to fix, and there are at least a couple of ways to address it on the back end. The colored volunteers can be given a different template to draw from rather than the standard one. The new template would have the appropriate image. Or tweaks could be performed on the existing model to point to the correct image. Probably other ways as well.
