Question about the Stonewall Brigade

When I start a new game, the Stonewall Brigade only has 990 members and 88 power. This is strange because in the game manual, it says (or something like this) , "The Stonewall Brigade with x men and x power really packs a punch,". When in reality it's been decimated! Remember, this is in the very beginning of the game, before they've ever been engaged. This sucks because I really wanna utilize this powerful brigade.

It hasn't been formed properly yet. Give it few turns to receive replacements.

It did that this game, but in the other games I created, it permanently stayed that way. But it's probable I was just being a doofus. Thank you.

You need to purchase elite infantry replacements on the War Production menu page to fill out this unit.

Oh, ok thank you! I was about to reply again to this thread saying it hasn't received any replacements since September of 1861 or whatever. So it was just me being a moron.

That's hardly the case. The game has a lot of rules and I sometimes forget the effect of one or two to my detriment. Good luck!
