Fredericksburg, Leesburg and Alexandria are all under CSA control, yet Athena managed to railroad a stack into Alexandria :thumbsup:

If the Union still has something like 25% Military Control, then they can still use the Rails.

Use the Union region rails to D.C. and then rail into Alexandria.

But Alexandria(Fairfax) is only 17% MC Union...

It may be that they railed into D.C. and then marched into Alexandria. I believe that you get the train icon if part of your move is by rail.

MC change is per day, every day. If Fairfax were still above 25% MC the day that stack railed into Fairfax then it's Fair...fax
