How to load previous turn?

After each turn I click the 'save turn button' (top right). If I want to go back to a previously saved turn (say, late dec 62 to early dec 62) how do I accomplish this?

I think I tried this. I clicked return to main menu then load game. What comes up is several pictures with scenario name below them. It is unclear which picture represents my current game. Haven't played for a while, sorry if I'm being dense!!

You don't have to hit save turn, unless you are saving your orders mid-turn and want to close the game... Because the game will save your orders in their entirety when you hit end turn. Once the new turn arrives, you can go to the Load Games window, select your game, then the file service button. This will deploy 3 buttons, one being 'restore previous turn'. Do so, and you are back with your previous turn, all orders already there.
