Custom Saved Game Name

How do you enter a name for your saved game? It's been a long while since I've played and I can't remember how to do it. Thanks for helping.

Once you start a new game, which will use the default name for the scenario, you go back to the load games option. Then you click on the game. At the top you will see an icon for game manipulations. One option will be to rename the game. Click in the name line and rename.
