How do you get the replay?

I have searched the manual and the forums for how to get the "console" so I can type loadreplay, with no success. Also there was something about having to load it first. If someone could post reasonably clear instructions that would be a big help. Thanks.

1) In the options menu, check yes on replay feature. The game is now recording replay every turn.

2) In the loaded game, press the weird looking key "¸" that is the key just below "esc" key. Console will pop up. Type "loadreplay" in the text box that pops up. This is an experimental support for the feature, so that is why it is not in the manual.
