RGD Redoubt Bug

Playing as Union in the April61 GC with current patch. In January 1862, I received the Build Redoubt RGT. I built a redoubt at St Louis. However, I have not since had a new Build redoubt RGD chits. Is one available redoubt WAD?

It becomes available again at a later date. Don't know if this is WAD or not though. It doesn't seem right that you can only play it once and then have to wait quite a while to play it again.

I understand. In my game it is now August 1862. Good thing that I used the redoubt on somewhere important such as St Louis. It would be terrible to use the RGD on a location of little importance, knowing that the next RGD could be used for the important places and then discover there are not any more redoubts for a long time.

Each player gets new regional decisions each January. They are not unlimited, you have as many as the screen indicates. You may get more of a specific type next year, or maybe not. Redoubt is a very powerful advantage, it doesn't make any sense to be able to make one in every area.

That's a game balance decision, because the decision is very powerful. Most of these one-shot decisions come back in January of each year.
