Default Two Armies on Defend fought Battle

1861 April Campaign~USA.zip
1861 April Campaign~CSA.zip

Union army defending Alexandria. CSA Army in same region (Fairfax) on defend. However battle fought as CSA went on offensive and lost.

Without the replay function I can't see if any armies etc moved in (well can't see anything - don't understand why this function was removed).

Is this WAD given in same region or a bug or random?

If one side has less than 5% MC of the region, they automatically change posture.
