Here's a screenshot of this section of the map as it appears in-game, and one from a similar section of a map from the wikipedia article that might make it a little easier to see what I'm talking about.

To make a long story short, the region names for Thessaly and Boeotia show up in the wrong places: both seem to have slipped two in-game regions north of where they're supposed to be.
The word THESSALIA is splayed across the terrain of a region that the game calls Lynkos. The word BEOTIA appears in the middle of the game's Magnesia region. Two in-game regions further south, no text appears in the middle of the in-game region of Beotia.
From north to south, the in-game names of the regions involved are Lynkos, Thessalia, Magnesia, Dorida, and Beotia. Since I only know how to make one of these names appear on the map at a time, to avoid confusion I chose not to highlight any of them.
The in-game region of Lynkos (no. 1 on map) is located to the south of the MACEDONIA label and two regions due west of Thessalonica. It has the word THESSALIA painted across its terrain. Nothing except the underlying terrain should appear in Lyncos. Lyncestis isn't important enough to call attention to itself with a permanently visible label.
The in-game region of Thessalia (no. 2 on map) appears just to the south of Lyncos and two regions due west but slightly south of Thessalonica. It has nothing written across the underlying terrain. Painting the word THESSALIA into the in-game region of Thessalia isn't a great fit, and the better-known parts of ancient Thessaly really lay in in-game Magnesia anyway. So the graphics of the in-game Thessalia region should be left alone.
The in-game region Magnesia (no. 3 on map with the in-game town of Pharsalos) has the word BEOTIA painted across it. The word THESSALIA should appear there instead. The in-game region of Magnesia includes Magnesia (in the mountains along the coast above Volos) and the Thessalian plain, the only good horse country in Greece in antiquity. Since the game has already used Thessalia for northern Thessaly, it makes sense not to use it again. But painting the word THESSALIA across the region also makes sense, because it is the generic name for the area as a whole.
The in-game region of Dorida (no. 4 on map north-east of Aetolia) has no text in it. This is correct. As a name Dorida wasn't a great choice because it sounds accusative, but that's another matter.
The in-game region of Beotia (no. 5 on map east-south-east of Aetolia and due west of Euboia) has no text written across the terrain in it. To be consistent with the game, the word BEOTIA should appear there.
The actual name of the region is BOIOTIA. This gets variously rendered in English, but Boeotia is the most common form because it's what you would encounter if you were reading a Latin text. Most people (the French especially) find that initial dipthong a bit confusing, so tend to use Beotia when speaking (it's Beotie in Offenbach). The norm in English is to use the Roman convention (Boeotia) rather than the Greek (Boiotia), though Beotia does show up occasionaly.
So if you want to keep your current terminolgy that's fine, but if you're going to go to the trouble of correcting the error on the map you might as well go all the way and get the name into a Roman toga and spell it BOEOTIA.
