Ctd

Haven't seen this error message before: "Main unexpected exception TApplication , Erreur système. Code : 5.". I was playing as the Vitellians, and was about to change the status of my Gallic Army from defence to offence when the game froze (music kept playing though). I have the main log, scripts and saves available, should I attach all?

Quite strange indeed. Is it reproducible?

I get quite a lot of CTD's, but haven't seen this error message before. Most of them have given the DirectX error message.

Sorry about that, I guess you have tried to reduce to the maximum the graphics settings? Note that this may well be that your video card is too recent to support older DirectX application, paradoxically (but for you it amounts to the same, problems...)

To clarify, do you mean reduce to the minimum possible? I have been changing the memory usage setting, but it doesn't seem to affect much.

Strangely Rise of Prussia runs perfectly, RoP and AJE are based on the same engine?

Totally, same code, with changes in data and how rules activate or not. The difference also lies in graphics, some regions and graphics are big in AJE.

Reduce the memory usage to minimum (leftmost checkbox). Also try to not play with winter bitmaps (just to test)
