minor bug - Macer Revenant General

Greetings,

there seems a slight event malfunction in the "Year of the 4 Emperors Scenario". Playing Vespasian I elected to try to kill and inherit Macer. He was protected and several turns later I get the message, that I Macer assasinated and inherited north africa. Strangely the 2 Legions including Macer (the one I assasinated!) as general appeared in Alexandria and not in Carthage.
