I can confirm about the HST file empty. I don't know if it is the cause or the consequence. I confirm also that i set my AV (Avast) to ignore costant check on all AJE folder tree but the crash happened again.
I see that as default, Avast antivirus set to ignore control on all TXT files and other "unharmful" files. Maybe switching extension to txt could help ? I don't mean switching by ourselves but in future patches
