Pre Ordered, never recieved download instructions or a serial/key

I pre ordered on 29 August via PayPal and have never received download instructions (or a serial or key). I did recieve an email indicating that I should download a patch into my game today?!

I installed it but the game doesn't run.

The attachment PayPalReciept.jpg is no longer available

Please help!

Please wait until tomorrow morning, we will find a solution to give you a link to download the Preorder version. I have to contact French guys who are sleeping now.
