Combat Power shown in F7 Objectives screen?

Hello,

I have noticed that with the latest patches, the display of Combat Power in the F7 Objectives screen is now shown as two numbers separated by a backslash (*/*) as opposed to a single number as it used to be and some are in green text.

What do the two numbers tell us and what of the green text?

It is relative Land and Naval strength of the enemy compared to you (100). I'm not sure about text color.

Hi

Not 100% sure, and presently not able to load up the game to confirm it for the next days, but IIRC, the factions in green are the non-playable ones
