Question about settings

Starting a new game with specific options affects a game earlier started with different options ?
That is changing the options during a game is possible ?

Yes, the options are not locked in after you start the game. The options you are using will be the same for all games, no matter when started.
Remember - The beatings will continue until morale improves.
